Pricing & Currency Terms
Binding currency
All Kolosseum packages are priced and invoiced in Australian Dollars (AUD). The AUD price displayed on each product page is the binding price for all engagements regardless of where the client is located.
GST
Prices displayed in AUD include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required under Australian tax law. Clients outside Australia may be eligible for GST exemption, please raise this during your initial conversation and we will confirm the applicable treatment.
Foreign currency estimates
When you select USD, EUR, or GBP on a pricing display, the amount shown is a live indicative conversion sourced from the European Central Bank (ECB) daily reference rate, delivered via frankfurter.app. Rates are refreshed approximately once per hour.
These converted amounts are provided as a guide only. They do not constitute a quote in that currency. The amount you will be invoiced is the AUD price, and your bank or payment provider will apply their own exchange rate and fees at the time of payment.
If the currency conversion service is temporarily unavailable, the displayed rate will fall back to a stored indicative rate, which will be marked as approximate. In either case, the binding AUD price remains unchanged.
Local taxes outside Australia
Foreign currency estimates shown on this site do not include VAT, sales tax, withholding tax, or any other taxes that may be levied in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining and meeting any such obligations under your local law.
Payment
Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed at the time of engagement. International payments are accepted via bank transfer (SWIFT). Kolosseum does not accept credit card payments at this time.
