Design Services
Kolosseum provides home cinema design, lighting control design, and smart home engineering documentation as a consultancy to licensed integrators, architects, and private clients.
All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Kolosseum until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of payment, the client is granted a licence to use the deliverables for the specific project described in the engagement agreement. Rights are not transferable without written consent.
We do not guarantee that any design will achieve a specific acoustic or visual outcome where installation quality, trade execution, or product availability is beyond our control.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. In return, we ask that clients treat our design documentation, pricing, and methodologies as proprietary. Our deliverables are not to be shared with competing consultancies or used as a benchmark for competitive tendering without our consent.
