Six stages, each ending in something you can hold.
No administrative theatre. Every stage exists to leave a document behind — and the last one checks the room against all of them. It is the same journey on every Kolosseum project, whichever door you came in through.
From first thought to measured room.
Six outcomes, not ten administrative steps. Select a stage to see what exists when it is complete.

Share your board.
Share your own Pinterest board with us: seating, timber, stone, lighting, colour, and the rooms you keep returning to. Send it before the first conversation.
It tells us in five minutes what an hour of questions would not, and gives every later design decision a reason.
01 · The conversation
You describe the room. We tell you what is actually possible in it.
What exists at the end
An honest constraint list
What we need from you
- A room plan or sketch; any stage is enough
- Length, width and ceiling height, or permission to measure them
- Whether any existing windows need to be retained
- Favourite brands, rooms or references from your initial research
The same six stages, issued under your name.
IIntake
Stages 01–02
Plan review, scope and timelines agreed — and your title block, logo and drawing standards collected so everything issues under your name.
IIEngineering
Stages 03–04
Calculations, equipment verification, rack layouts and thermal loads. We function as your drawing office, not a second opinion.
IIIDelivery
Stage 05
Full CAD sets, single-line schematics, cable schedules and presentation documents — ready for your client or your crew.
IVSite support
Stage 06
Field changes folded back into the set, as-builts issued, and the result checked against what the documents said it would do.
