Launchpad uses Bluebeam Revu to prepare structured PDF drawing markups around your agreed project scope. That can include fixture and device references, room information, proposed control groups and confirmation status.
The handover combines a presentation PDF with an editable markup master and agreed schedule exports. We establish the file workflow around the Revu version and plan you use, so the next steps are clear.

Can the drawings carry our branding?
Yes. We agree the branding and drawing conventions as part of the setup. Required issue information and authorship records remain accurate.
Do we need Bluebeam Revu?
You can view the presentation PDF in a suitable PDF viewer. If you want to continue editing the working markup set, we confirm the workflow and required software features with you before handover. Bluebeam licences are separate.
Are the drawings ready for construction?
The standard Launchpad package is prepared for review and coordination. The agreed proposal identifies what must be verified or approved before another issue purpose. Construction documentation, certification and specialist engineering require an expressly agreed scope.
Does a proposed lighting group equal a final hardware channel?
Not necessarily. Final requirements depend on the control method, selected fixtures and drivers, load information and equipment limits. The package records preliminary intent and the confirmations still required.
What do we need to supply?
The current architectural plans, project brief, known selections, nominated systems and existing markups. We also need your branding and one person authorised to consolidate instructions and feedback.
What if the plans change?
One consolidated review against the agreed brief is included in Project Launchpad. New plan revisions, additional systems and changed selections may need a separate allowance. Corrections to our own errors remain our responsibility.
Can you help before we win the project?
Yes. Proposal Launchpad provides a paid, limited package for that stage. If the project proceeds, we scope the additional work and carry forward the parts that remain applicable.
How long does it take?
We confirm timing after reviewing the drawing extent, available information and current capacity. Tell us about your next meeting or project deadline when you enquire.
Will you deal directly with our client?
You remain the project lead. We agree communication arrangements with you. Direct client or stakeholder involvement is included only where agreed.
