The MAG Theatron CS44 is a purpose-engineered ceiling surround speaker built around the brand's proprietary Surround Coverage Control Technology (SCCT). Two 4-inch drivers with 1.75-inch voice coils share the low-to-mid frequency reproduction, while a 0.75-inch titanium dome HF driver with a 1.5-inch voice coil handles the high frequencies. The SCCT horn is tilted 15° downward from the ceiling plane, creating an asymmetric dispersion pattern that spans -90° to +60° horizontally and -35° to +5° vertically.
